Mission

It is worth living carefully, courageously and with dignity.

         The OPTIMUM XXI Association - Club of Social and Local Government Initiatives was established in response to the lack of state mechanisms for assessing the reliability of the actions of politicians, officials, including judges and non-governmental organizations. We believe that documenting the achievements and failures of the political class enables citizens to make conscious choices, and researchers to cultivate fair historical memory and pass it on to the education of future generations.

The second reason for establishing this organization is the need to implement the constitutional principle of the supreme power of the nation as a sovereign and to emphasize its controlling role in the conditions of representative democracy. We train and motivate people to act for law-making social initiatives as well as to democratically block and correct the imprudent moves of dignitaries.
