The first quarter of the 21st century and 35 years since the historic political change are an ideal opportunity to summarize the achievements of the Polish political class. Poles' hopes for freedom and sovereignty of their homeland were in fact reduced to the level of a client of the EU and NATO, and most of the national wealth was squandered or appropriated.

The emerging Political Diary of the Third Polish Republic is a white book of the virtues and shames of the authorities of free Poland. It shows the origins and fiction of the "round table" and the scale of compromising connections and behind-the-scenes machinations. By showing and settling specific criminal agreements to the detriment of the country and the State Treasury, it gives researchers and future generations the raw truth about the real intentions and faces of statesmen.

WHITE PAPER OF POLITICS OF THE THIRD REPUBLIC OF POLAND

The implementation of the constitutional guarantees of direct exercise of power by the Nation (Article 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland) means struggling with the pathology of the political system and a hard battle for normality in public life.

In a representative democracy, the Sovereign's right to control the actions of politicians, the ability to oblige them to implement socially necessary solutions and a blocking tool against hasty legislation should be a system standard.

The weapon of parliamentarism is words, and words are also deeds. The law precisely regulates the liability of natural and legal persons for their words, and a promise expressed in words may be a source of obligations. An anomaly of the system is the treatment of election promises as advertising and agitation propaganda without any civil law consequences.

The Central Register of Electoral Promises of Dignitaries catalogs the declarations and actions of parliamentarians, illustrating their real commitment and loyalty to voters. The activities of the Register are an introduction to the citizens' legislative initiative regarding the judicial enforcement of election promises.

Pension

Injured seniors who took early retirement before June 6, 2012 have a chance to recover the money they are owed. ZUS calculations showed an increase of PLN 1,191 gross and compensation of PLN 64,000. PLN compensation. The total cost of implementing the judgment was estimated at up to PLN 2.6 billion. Although the ruling has not been published to date, which would provide the Social Insurance Institution with a legal basis for action, it does not mean that seniors have to forget about the money they are owed.
